Below you will find a selection of trips that we have created especially for families. The trips have been curated to facilitate quality family time, in addition to connecting you to various experiences linked to adventure, citizen science and sustainability projects. Each option is unique and provides something very different to a traditional vacation.
Crossing The Empty Quarter
This overnight adventure sees you driving across the Empty Quarter of Abu Dhabi in your own off-road vehicle, spending the night camping in the Wilderness under the stars. Start in Liwa and end in Al Ain. Make the journey as a family in the comfort of your own car and visit one of the most unique and beautiful places in the World.
Sir Bani Yas Island Expedition
This long weekend getaway is a staycation with purpose. As a family, work along professionals to help with real-world marine biology data collection projects. Also enjoy a jeep safari, hiking and planting mangroves together, going home after your adventure knowing that you’ve contributed to a cause that’s looking to address climate and environmental issues
Musandam Dhow Live-Aboard
This three-day two-night experience sees you living on a Dhow, sailing up the east coast of the Musandam peninsular, where you will swim, snorkel and hike. You will also learn Fish ID, where marine guides will teach you all about the fish and marine life below you in the water, how to identify species, and where they all fit in the food chain. If we’re lucky, we might even camp for one night on a secluded cove, complete with a barbecue.
